SpaceX, Hawthorne CA Jan. 2021 – Present

Creating manufacturing planning, resolving issues, and improving processes for thermal protection system application, part machining, and assembly of Dragon 2 exterior structures.

Developing processes for both new and refurbished spacecraft exterior structures to make Dragon 2 the worlds first rapidly reusable human rated spacecraft. Applying composite manufacturing, repair, and design practices to ensure part viability throughout the backshells service life.

Lead Structures Engineer

Liquid Rocketry Lab, Raleigh NC Sept. 2019 – Nov. 2020

Managed a team of 9 engineers in the manufacturing of full duration test stand structure, and rocket structures design research.

Lead R&D of airframe, COPVs, GNC hardware, and recovery system for suborbital liquid fueled rocket.
